Production Lead Time/Delivery
Q1: Process duration lead-time: Instock product (no print): 2 â€“ 4 working days depending on quantity and our warehouse will require time pack the goods.
Q2: Customization product (on size/print/color): 6 â€“ 30 working days, depends on the product and quantity.
Q3: Cut off time: Our cut off time is 1pm during working days. If you confirm your order after 1pm, if will be consider as the next working day.
Q4: Delivery time: 9am â€“ 12 noon, 11am â€“ 2pm or or 2pm to 5pm. Every Monday to Friday.
Q5: Delivery charges: Depending on Product, Quantity and Distance. Instock products: $40 to 1 location (Free delivery for order above $400)
Q6: Possibility that the delivery will not arrive on schedule? Yes, due to heavy rain delivery will be delay.
Q7. Can I self collect? Yes, You may collect it at our office.
Q8. What happen when the delivery man reaches my place and I am not in? Our delivery man will wait for a maximum of 10mins. If you still cannot reach on time, our delivery man will leave and you will have to rearrange a delivery schedule. Additional delivery charge will be charge for rescheduling.
Q9. Can I send my own courier to collect? Yes, However, we will NOT be responsible for any damages to the items caused by your courier. If you have any outstanding payment, your courier will have to pay on your behalf.
Q10. Any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? No
Q11. File format: Adobe Illustrator(.ai), Adobe Photoshop(.psd), (.pdf)
Q12.How do I place an Order? You may place an order via the website or email.
Q13. Do you accept urgent orders? Yes, it depends on the job required. There will be additional surcharge required for rush jobs.
Q14. Can you send a sales person to our office? To keep the cost low, we do not have any outdoor salesperson. If you need any assistance please email or contact us directly. Our friendly staff will attend to you.
Q15. Will you match a sample I print out using my own printer or a previous print out sample? No, it will not be exactly the same due to the varying results from different devices used.
Q16. How do I send my files to you? You may send in the files via website such as www.dopbox.com or www.wetransfer.com
Q17. When do I receive proof of my job? After order and artwork confirmation, you will receive a low resolution digital proof via email. This digital proof is NOT a color proof but only serve as a confirmation that we are printing the correct artwork/design files. We do not provide color proof for paper printing products.
Q18. I want to change something on my order after I have placed it or approved the proof? Changes cannot be made once order is processed.
Payment and Credit Terms
Q19. Payment Terms: Upon confirmation of Order and Artwork: Deposit 60% Upon delivery/Self collection: Balance 40%
Q20. Payment Method: Payment can be done via Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash. *Customers will be responsible for ALL charges incurred for wire transfer.
Q21. Do you offer credit terms? No, we do not offer any form of credit terms to any customers EXCEPT for government agency with a valid Purchase Order Form.
Q22. Will you be able to check the money I have transferred to you? Ans 1. For payment made via ATM Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit: Simply SCAN/ take a PHOTO of the ATM Bank Trandger Slip and email it to us. Please ensure the soft copy image clearly indicate the AMOUNT TRANSFERRED, PAYEE ACCOUNT NUMBER, DATE AND TIME OF FUND TRANSFER. If are you unable to upload a soft copy to us, we may take up to 7 days or more to verify the bank transfer and your production may be delayed as a result.
Ans2. For payment made via Internet Banking / Paypal: 1. SCREEN SHOT the â€˜Successful transaction pageâ€™ and email it to us. Please ensure the soft copy image clearly indicate the AMOUNT TRANSFERRED, PAYEE ACCOUNT NUMBER, DATE AND TIME OF FUND TRANSFER. If are you unable to upload a soft copy to us, we may take up to 7 days or more to verify the bank transfer and your production may be delayed as a result.
